Can I build my own custom home?
Yes. It's not rocket science, but there is a process to follow. Owner-Builders who partner with BlueSky receive a Pre-Con Planning Guide and Construction Guide, along with personal access to your experienced construction consultant.
How do I get a construction loan?
Many banks do not make construction loans for Owner-Builders. We have a relationship with a number of lenders who are happy to make construction loans to our clients because they have witnessed the success of hundreds of our projects.
Do I need previous construction experience?
No. Our job is to guide you every step of the way. Including project review visits and planning meetings. You never have to lift a hammer or get your hands dirty.
